Information we collect

• Account information, including your name and email address.
• Business information you provide, such as your business name, description, services, prices, hours, address, phone number, website, and social-media links.
• Images you choose to upload, including a logo and cover photo.
• Authentication, session, and basic technical information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
• Subscription status and Apple transaction identifiers needed to verify whether your public page may remain published. BestHere does not receive your full payment-card information.
• Safety reports, moderation status, rule categories, review decisions, and limited audit records needed to prevent misuse and handle appeals.

How we use information

We use information to create and publish your business page, authenticate your account, save your changes, provide sharing and contact features, screen public content for safety concerns, review reports, enforce our Terms, send operational notices, respond to support requests and appeals, and improve the reliability of BestHere.

Public business pages

Information you publish on a BestHere business page is intended to be public. This may include your business name, description, services, hours, contact details, address, social links, logo, and cover photo. Do not publish personal or confidential information that you do not want others to see.

Subscription information and notifications

BestHere uses Apple's signed App Store Server Notifications to determine whether a subscription started, renewed, changed, failed, expired, was refunded, or became active again. We associate these events with your BestHere account using an app account token. BestHere does not receive or store your Apple ID, card number, or Apple payment information. If enabled, status notices are sent to the notification email you configure in your account.

Service providers

BestHere uses Supabase for account authentication, database hosting, image storage, server-side subscription status, and the subscription-event log. Apple processes subscription purchases and sends BestHere signed subscription-lifecycle information under Apple's own privacy policies. An email delivery provider processes only the notification email and message needed to deliver subscription notices you enable.

Selling, advertising, and tracking

BestHere does not sell your personal information. Version 1 does not display third-party advertising or use your information for cross-app advertising tracking.

Retention and account deletion

We retain account and business information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request permanent deletion using Delete Account inside the app. Safety reports and moderation audit records may be retained for a limited period when reasonably needed for security, fraud prevention, appeals, legal compliance, or backup integrity.

Your choices

You can edit your business information, remove uploaded images, unpublish your page, or delete your account. California residents may also request access to or correction or deletion of their personal information by contacting us.

Children

BestHere is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security and changes

We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as BestHere changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate.
