Terms of Use

Effective September 4, 2026

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Hui Yen Lee, the operator of BestHere. By creating an account or using BestHere, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Using BestHere

BestHere helps business owners create and share a mobile-friendly business page. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for your account, your login credentials, and all activity under your account.

Your content

You retain ownership of the business information and images you submit. You give BestHere a limited permission to host, process, resize, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate and promote your published business page.

You must have permission to use everything you upload. You may not use BestHere to advertise, arrange, promote, or facilitate illegal drugs or controlled substances, human trafficking, sexual or labor exploitation, sexual services, violence, threats, fraud, stolen identities or accounts, or any other illegal, misleading, infringing, abusive, harmful, or privacy-violating activity.

Safety review and reports

BestHere may automatically screen information submitted for publication and may hold a page privately for human review. Automated signals and visitor reports are not treated as proof by themselves. People can report a public page, and BestHere may review the page, associated account information, and relevant audit records to investigate the concern.

We may refuse publication, remove content, temporarily suspend access, or terminate an account when we reasonably believe these Terms were violated or action is needed to protect people, comply with law, or protect BestHere. Except when immediate action is required for safety or legal reasons, you may request review by emailing support@best-here.co.site.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content on a BestHere business page infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@best-here.co.site with: a description of the copyrighted work, the location of the material on BestHere, your contact information, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, and a statement made under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner. We will review and may remove content and restrict accounts that repeatedly infringe.

Accuracy and customer relationships

You are responsible for keeping your business details, prices, hours, services, contact information, and claims accurate. BestHere is not a party to transactions or disputes between a business and its customers and does not endorse or guarantee any listed business.

BestHere Monthly subscription

You can create an account, enter your business information, and preview your complete page without paying. Publishing and keeping a public BestHere page live requires one auto-renewable BestHere Monthly subscription purchased through Apple.

Eligible new subscribers may receive a 14-day free trial. After the trial, the subscription renews monthly at the price shown by Apple when you subscribe unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID settings. If the subscription ends, BestHere keeps your saved business information but unpublishes the public page. You can subscribe again and republish later.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, reliability, or legal compliance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may update these terms and will post the revised effective date.

Account suspension and deletion

You may delete your account from inside the app. We may unpublish pages and restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the service, threaten safety or security, or create legal risk. Suspension does not automatically delete account information; retention and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

BestHere is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, BestHere and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of BestHere and its operator for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to use BestHere in the 12 months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

You agree to cover certain costs (indemnification)

If a claim, dispute, or legal action arises from your business page, your content, your use of BestHere, or your violation of these terms, you agree to reimburse BestHere and its operator for reasonable legal costs and damages connected to that claim, except where the claim results from BestHere's own violation of these terms or applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

If a part of these terms can't be enforced

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in effect. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and BestHere regarding the service.
